Pre-conference Meeting Requests

We are pleased to invite requests for pre-conference meetings to be held as part of the Cochrane Colloquium 2026. These meetings will take place on Monday 7 December 2026 and provide a valuable opportunity for groups to connect, collaborate and meet ahead of the main Colloquium.

If you would like to host a pre-conference meeting, please submit your request using the form below. Meeting rooms are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, so we encourage you to apply early.

Submission deadline: Friday 30 October 2026.

Once you have submitted your request, the Colloquium team will review it and will be in touch to confirm availability and advise of any costs associated with hosting your meeting.
