Head of the Policy Evaluation and Evidence Unit, Brazil

Public policy professional with 13 years of experience in the Brazilian Federal Civil Service, having served across multiple ministries and the Presidency of the Republic. She is an expert in policy analysis, strategic advisory, evaluation, and knowledge translation, supporting government institutions in translating research into actionable insights for decision-making. She currently leads the Policy Evaluation and Evidence Unit and serves as Deputy Director for Advanced Studies at the National School of Public Administration (ENAP), within the Brazilian Federal Government, advancing innovation and the use of evidence across the public sector.
