Dr. Euphrasia Ebai-Atuh Ndi
Euphrasia is a resource mobilizer with a wealth of experience in citizen involvement activities in research across a handful of sectors. She believes that citizens should and could be empowered to put evidence at the centre of their everyday lives. This belief has fueled her passion for citizen evidence capacity development, which she has achieved through a series of mentoring programmes. She holds a Ph.D in accounting and has over 15 years of teaching experience. She is team lead at Cameroon Consumer Service Organisation, an organisation activately involved in the protection and advocacy of consumer rights. Euphrasia joined Cochrane in 2017 and became Patient and Public Executive member in 2021 till date. Euphrasia is a member of the African Evidence Network since 2015. Her collaboration and citizen advocacy activities within the evidence ecosystem spans from Africa to Europe and South America. As an evidence intermediary and user based in the global South, equity and inclusivity are the main guiding principles of her work.
