Cochrane Colloquium 2026 – Registration Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully and check the visa information page before registering.
The Colloquium is organised by The Cochrane Collaboration, a company limited by guarantee and charity registered in England and Wales with company number 03044323 and charity number 1045921, whose registered office address is 11-13 Cavendish Square, London, England, W1G 0AN.
Colloquium Registration
To register for the Colloquium, you will need to create an event account, complete the registration form, and purchase a registration. The registration form is hosted by Cochrane’s events management software provider, Events Air.

Payments will be made through Axess, and the funds will be collected and managed by Cochrane’s professional conference organiser, TFI Lodestar Limited (“TFI”), a private limited company registered in England and Wales with company number 01845643, whose registered office address is 24 Patcham Terrace, Battersea Exchange, London, England, SW8 4EY.
Once the payment has been made and the registration form submitted, you will receive a confirmation email. Please contact colloquium@cochrane.org if you do not receive a confirmation email.
Full Registration Includes:
- Name badge
- One ticket to the evening social event
- Access to all scientific sessions from 8 – 10 December 2026
- Lunch and refreshments from 8 – 10 December 2026
Day Registration Includes:
- Name badge
- Access to scientific sessions on the day of registration
- Lunch and refreshments on the day of registration
Please Note:
- Only registered delegates may attend the Colloquium.
- Day registration is available for all days of the Colloquium, but each delegate may register for up to two day registrations only.
- Daytime refreshments and lunches are solely for delegates.
- Unless specifically stated otherwise, registrations do not include entry to any social events.
- The Colloquium programme overview is provisional and may be subject to change.
You must comply with the venue’s terms and conditions, including any health and safety requirements.
Registration Amendments & Cancellations
Requests for amendments and/or cancellations of your event registration must be notified in writing by emailing colloquium@cochrane.org.
- Cancellations received by 12 October 2026 will be refunded in full, minus an administrative fee of 10% of the registration fee.
- Cancellations received after 12 October 2026 will not receive refunds. This includes cancellations due to visa refusals, COVID-19 or any other illness.
If you confirm dietary or access requirements in your registration, Cochrane or TFI may contact you for further details. Failure to respond may prevent Cochrane from fulfilling your specific requirements.
If, for any reason outside of Cochrane’s reasonable control, the Colloquium cannot take place, Cochrane will refund the registration fee, less an administrative fee of 10%.
Privacy Policy
Personal data collected during registration will be processed according to Cochrane’s Privacy Policy.
Photos and Recordings
Delegates may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded. These may be used for online material or promotional purposes. To opt out, contact colloquium@cochrane.org.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits Cochrane’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Cochrane’s liability for cancellation is limited to registration refunds. Delegates are advised to have comprehensive travel insurance.
Cochrane is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or delays due to reasons outside its control. Total liability is limited to registration and hotel fees paid.
Cochrane strives to provide accurate information but does not guarantee speakers or session content.
General
If part of these terms is invalid, the rest remains enforceable.
Delays in enforcement by Cochrane do not waive future rights.
These terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts, except where local consumer laws provide mandatory protections.
